Shut down Suncor oil refinery

The Suncor oil refinery in Commerce City, north of Denver, is the poster child for environmental injustice in Colorado. The refinery routinely flouts clean air laws, operates under outdated pollution permits, and disproportionately impacts neighboring communities of color with toxic gases.

Now Suncor is fighting to overturn an air quality monitoring plan meant to protect kids and families living near the refinery.
